The program required real estate investment of at least $400,000 on Antigua or a donation to the Antigua & Barbuda National Development Fund of $250,000, plus $50,000 government application fee for the main investor , $7,500 in due diligence fees, additional fees for spouses and dependents, etc.

In addition to the Investment amounts, applicants will have to pay non-refundable fees for Due Diligence Fees, Processing Fees and Professional Fees.

  Processing fee - Principal Applicant: $50,000

   Processing fee – Spouse: $50,000

   Processing - Dependent child (aged 0-11): $25,000

   Processing - Dependent child (aged 12-17): $25,000

   Processing - Dependent child (aged 18-25): $50,000

   Processing- Dependent parent (aged over 65): $50,000

   Due diligence fee - Principal Applicant: $7,500

   Due diligence fee – Spouse: $7,500

   Due diligence fee - Dependent child (12-17): $2,000

  Due diligence fee - Dependent child (18-25): $4,000

  Due diligence fee - Dependent parent (aged over 65): $4,000

Each family member is required to pay the sum outlined for issuance of their passport.

The law of the Citizenship-by-Investment Program of Antigua and Barbuda has been established in 2013. The passport is internationally recognized and includes most Schengen countries as well as Canada. The citizenship and passport is obtained within 4 months (3 months for Citizenship and 1 month passport processing).

The program is based on the statute which means the granted citizenship may not be revoked no matter of changes in the governmental executives or policy. Antigua and Barbuda is part of the Commonwealth.

The passport will be valid for a period of 5 years and will be considered for renewal subject to the recipient having spent a total of 5 days in Antigua and Barbuda, since gaining citizenship, within the 5 year period.

Deprivation of citizenship may occur if the citizen does not spend at least 5 days in Antigua and Barbuda during the period of five calendar years after having obtained citizenship and they will not be entitled to repayment of any investment, contribution or purchase price made by them in their original application for citizenship.
